Blessing of Bikes & Bikers - St Aengus' Church, Burt - Sunday 9th September 2018

An Inter-denominational Service will take place in  St. Aengus' Church, Burt (on the N13 near the Derry/Bridgend Border) on Sunday 9^th September 2018 for 1.30pm –ish.

At the short prayer service, we will be praying for all deceased bikers, especially those who have died in the past year, followed by a blessing of the bikes and bikers.Collection on the day will be for R.N.L.I.

The Service will be followed by a 'Ride Out' to Ned's Point R.N.L.I Station where light refreshments will be served.

P.S. If anyone is interested, Fr. Gerry Sweeney will be leaving the Sacred Heart Church, Strabane after Mass at 12.30pm to travel to Burt Chapel – all are welcome to join him...
