Courage, it is I. Knowing and understanding our Mental Health

In partnership with An Chroi Community Hub in Top of the Hill, the parish of Glendermott is offering a four week programme on knowing and understanding our mental health.

This four week course is aimed at adults 18 and above and is an initiative of the Waterside parish to help all those who are struggling with mental health issues.
